According to the decree of Catherine II, Empress of Russia, a charter granting the village of Raketeni in Romania was issued to the Monastery of the Three Hierarchs "in Iasi" (order no. 858, April 7th, 1772). This document also refers to the awarding of the Order of St. Anne, 2nd degree, to Rumi︠a︡nt︠s︡ov. Copies of other orders are also included. Without inscriptions. Without ornamentation.
